PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
The first day... On a day before (or after) your wedding day, I will accompany you to several beautiful Key West locations, just the two of you and myself... for some romantic photos in tropical settings. You can be casually dressed,exploring the Hemingway House or the Audobon House, perhaps wading in the ocean, or wandering through Nancy's Secret Garden. You will receive all the photos on a DVD, and 24 of them will be printed (4" x 6") in a personal album. Or instead, if you prefer, I'll photograph your wedding rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding day.
The second day....Two photographers. We'll meet with you before the ceremony, and I'll spend time photographing the groom and his friends, and my associate (a woman) will spend the "getting ready" time with you and the bridesmaids.
Then we'll cover every aspect of the ceremony, without being intrusive. We specialize in candid (or photo-journalstic) photography. But we realize that the formal photographs after the ceremony are important too, and while I'm doing that, she can be photographing people and couples at the reception, etc.
Many brides ask if they can have the second camera used to shoot black and white of everything. Since we're shooting digitally, you'll be getting ALL the digital negatives in color, and you can have back and white prints easily made from those negatives, or ask me to print some in black and white for your albums. So everything will be shot in color... there's nothing sadder that a beautiful sunset picture taken in black and white.

POST PRODUCTION & DVDs
I will personally review every photograph on my computer, and crop, resize, and alter the color and contrast to insure the best pictures, then will burn them on an archival DVD. Then I will make 3 additional copies, so you will have a total of 4 DVDs with all the photographs on them.They will be in hard DVD album covers for their protection You can give the additional DVDs to friends or relatives so that they may have their own prints made. And I'll provide 4 releases, one for each copy, stating that you can reproduce the images.

ALBUMS
This package offers pure leather albums, with choices of black (my favorite), burgandy, or white.The choice is yours.
PRESENTATION ALBUM -- Your initial preview album will contain 200 4" x 6" photos, selected by me, telling the story of your wedding day. However, if you wish to choose the 200 photos yourself from the DVD, please feel free to do so. (But keep in mind that you'll have to write the 200 digital negative numbers on the order form I'll provide).
CLASSIC ALBUM -- Once you look at the preview photos in the album and on the DVD, you'll select the photos for the large album, which contains 25 pages (50 sides). Each side can contain either 1 - 8" x 10", 2 - 5"x7" or 3 - 4" x 6" prints. You can design the album yourself, and I'll be happy to offer any advice.
PARENT ALBUMS -- Four Parent Albums. Why four? It's not uncommon for a couple to have 3 (or 4) sets of parents, who have remarried. Each album will contain 50 - 4" x 6" prints of your choice. if you have the traditional set of parents, you can always give the 3rd and 4th album to grandparents, or friends that were not able to get to the wedding.

ADDITIONAL PRINTS
Twelve 8" x 10" (or 24 5" x 7") prints, and 2 - 11" x 14" prints.
Note: All prints are printed on archival paper with archival inks, with a fade proof guarantee of 100 years.

Exclusive 2 Day Photography Package $5,000
The deposit is $2,500. When I receive the deposit, I'll send you 2 identical contracts signed by me, containing all the information, and noting that I have received the deposit. There will be a self addressed stamped envelope, and I would ask that you sign one of the contracts and return it to me.
